AirAsia wanted to redesign Web Check-In for Multi city option, a recent launch which enables flight bookings that include multiple stopovers, or depart and return from/to different destinations. AirAsia Web Check-In service allows guests to perform self check-in from office, home or anywhere and print out boarding pass to avoid long queues and service fee to be charged for manual check-in at the airport counter.

I was the designer in a 4 person team along with a Head of Operation, a Product Manager and a Back-end Developer, while reported to the Design Lead. I was tasked to redesign the interface of Web Check-In to fit within the AirAsia online booking system interface since they are somewhat interrelated, as well explore feature improvements on the current interface. I was responsible for design and front-end development of the Web Check-In site.
