Flight Interruption System re-skin
Flight Interruption System (FIS) is an application that allows guest to self-service his/her recovery options due to flight rescheduled by AirAsia. The affected guest will receive an email with a link to the FIS to perform the recovery options.
AirAsia had given it’s website a facelift in 2012. While working at AirAsia, I was tasked to re-skin the FIS interface to fit within the AirAsia product family, as well as it’s email templates. I was working in collaboration with a Head of Customer Service, a Product Manager and a Back-end Developer.
