AirAsia Web Check-in redesign

Photo of AirAsia Web Check-in redesign project

AirAsia embarked on redesigning its web check-in function to include the multi-city option in conjunction with the launch of its multiple stopovers, and departing/arriving at different destinations feature. The aim is to allow guests to self check-in and avoid long queues at the airport counter.

I was the designer in a 4 person team along with a Head of Operation, a Product Manager and a Back-end Developer, while reported to the Design Lead. I was tasked to redesign the interface of Web Check-In to fit within the AirAsia online booking system interface since they are somewhat interrelated, as well explore feature improvements on the current interface.
